It’s important to remember,
Sometimes we can’t make it on our own,
And if we ask for a little help,
We must welcome it when it comes.
And when we ask to be of service,
If we get a chance to serve,
We should learn to love that service,
For it’s just what we have asked for.
And if we ask for help,
we can’t be surprised
When it comes knocking at our door,
So we just go and are happy,
And recognize what it came for.
For we are given a chance to choose
The way we wish to be.
We can be angry, freaked out, or loving,
But if we ask for help,
we must be able receive.
To really make a difference
In the way we live our lives,
We must be willing to make some changes That can lead us out of strife.
And if we wish to serve,
We must embrace what comes our way,
And let the One we wish to serve Teach us how to do it better each day.
So when we ask for help,
Trust it’s on the way,
Let the Queen Of Angels will come to guide us, No matter what we do or say.
If we can find the strength to serve,
We’ll find that many lessons come,
But we must first put aside our egos,
And let Father Mother God’s love
come and see us through.
