Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder
and beauty is as beauty lives
there is great beauty in your heart and soul
let the beauty now be shown
who decides what body is beautiful and what shape is the shape we need to take
we can live body as it is
whatever shape it makes
we can except ourselves the way we really are and realize that our bodies are just bodies
The change with time no matter what we do
if we love them we can begin to see
the love that we really hold
No matter if we age and in time we grow old
Beauty is as beauty lives
beauty may not be as important
as some people make it out to be
how many beautiful people
have such unhappy lives
and are unable to find true love
For the do not really believe
They ever are as beautiful as the need to be
these bodies change with age
no matter what ever we tried to do
and what was once so beautiful to others
will fade in time be through
and then we really need to know
how deep it is this love really is
And that we need to show
we can love ourselves
no matter what others say or do
We can look deep into the mirror
look deep into our eyes
and free ourself of all judgment


see your true soul you can realize
you are beautiful
you are unique
you are one of a kind
no matter what others think
you are beautiful
can't you see the beauty there in you
is just waiting to be seen
tell yourself each night and day
you are beautiful
no matter matter what others say
believe in yourself enough to see
And the beauty in you will be revealed
