Unite with God

what would it take
to truly see Gods face
what power could inspire
for us to drop our mask of illusion
and see the one true face of Spirits fire


Mother Mary did unite
with the love of Gods true light
while living on this Earth
and brought the Divine Son forth


if we can find the innocence
and go with our hearts
to believe in the love
the gift Holy spirits Dove


perhaps we could find a way to be
able to merge with the creator
and let the mystery unfold
to discover the blessings God does Hold


ever Wonder what it would take
to reach that point that relates
the birth of the Christ Light
to be alive within our lives


can we find a way
and we can live that path each day
as a disciple of Gods light
to work to bring more love to life


there is a fire that burns
in our heart and souls we yearn
to awaken to the truth
and the purpose we once knew


it's buried there within
and we can listen to the hymn
its echoes live in our soul
in the each heartbeat we can know


we can be able to unite
with the one who created our life
we can find the divine plan
if we join with the one
who came to save all man
